Habersham Central took care of business in a 38-8 win against the Wildcats at Harrison Stadium Friday night.
A field goal by Kieran Wallace from the 29-yard line opened the game up.
On the next drive, defensive back Sutton Porter picked the ball off to set up HCHS running back Kinley Bee to punch it in. They converted the two-point conversion to make it 11-0 with 6:21 left in the first quarter.
At the beginning of the second quarter, Porter grabbed his second pick on 4th and 8 in the HCHS end zone.
Wildcat running back Lamont Daniel scored the only touchdown for the team and they converted the two-point conversion to make it 11-8 with 10:42 left in the first half.
Bee would find his way into the end zone from a Wildcat play to make it 18-8.
The Raiders' special teams came up big with senior linebacker CJ Davis blocking a Wildcat field goal, and then linebacker Parks York returning for a touchdown to extend the lead to 25-8 in the first half.
Toward the end of the third quarter, Bee found the end zone for a third time from another Wildcat play.
The Habersham Central backups came in the fourth quarter, which led backup quarterback Owen Gailey to throw a touchdown pass to make the final score 38-8.
The Raiders (3-3, 2-1) play region foe Clarke Central (5-1, 3-0) at Raider Stadium on Friday, Oct. 9.
