Glass, canvas, yarn and other mediums were highlighted in this year’s Northeast Georgia Arts Tour, which had nine available stops in Habersham County.
Showcasing Habersham’s best and brightest artists, AppalachianGap, The Art-Full Barn and Community, Dead Wood Tables, Hemlock Studio Gallery, Hickory Flat Pottery, J.C. Simon Fine Woodworking, Mark of the Potter, Terra Incognita Vineyard and Wild About Glass, put their best works on display for the twice-annual event.
At Mark of the Potter, local glass artist Erin Witkowski displayed her most recent project. The work, a study on Van Gogh’s “The Starry Night,” took Witkowski over 30 hours to complete.
