Two USFS tracts (Parcels 131 120 and 131 125) immediately adjacent to the county landfill are each 146-acres and each valued at $540,000. Another adjacent USFS tract (Parcel 145 043) is 998-acres and valued at $4.8 million. Parcels 147 010 and 147 011, are 140-acres and 350-acres, and valued at $568,000 and $784,000, respectively.
