Hardman Farm will host its annual Farm to Table Dinner on Saturday, June 25, from 5-8 p.m. on the grounds of Hardman Farm. Prepared by the chefs of locally renowned Cowboys & Angels restaurant, the dinner will feature dishes packed with ingredients grown at Hardman Farm, locally raised beef from the London family and private label wine from Habersham Winery. The evening’s menu will include beef tips in mushroom cream sauce, tomato and red onion salad with basil & chives, zucchini and squash casserole, roasted corn, creamed kale, sauteed beans in garlic, rosemary & white wine, parmesan peas, roasted leeks with olive oil & parmesan cheese, okra & cherry tomato warm salad and sliced watermelon. Guests will be treated to an open house in the Hardman Farm mansion, dinner music by brother and sister violin and cello duo Inha and Injae Hwang, and after-dinner bluegrass music by Steve Welsch and Jim Benton.
