Higgins building making progress

The foundation of Lot 8, the site of developer Don Higgins’ spec building set to be constructed in the Airport Business Park, has been laid in the first phase of the building’s construction. The Lot 8 spec building project is expected to generate jobs and greater revenue in the coming years once it’s complete.
