Attendance trophies were once again awarded during the Habersham County School Board of Education meeting in May. Superintendent Matthew Cooper congratulated the first place schools when it came to Elementary and Secondary school student attendance and also staff attendance. Taking first place for elementary school student attendance was Level Grove Elementary. First place for secondary school student attendance went to South Habersham Middle School. Baldwin Elementary won first place in staff attendance at the elementary school level and the Success Academy took home the first place for staff attendance at the secondary grade level. Cooper also awarded a trophy for “Most Improved” which went to Clarkesville Elementary School this month.
