    The Habersham North and Habersham South camps of Gideons got together Saturday to recognize the International Day of Prayer. Among the prayers given up by the group were thanking God for past accomplishments and seeking guidance ahead, praying for God’s direction on their camps’ scheduled events, praying for the upcoming elections and other important decisions to be made during the International Convention in July, and adding prayer requests to list including challenges facing our local community, the lingering effects of COVID and the general state of our world.
