    To the editor:

    We just got over Veterans Day and I appreciate all the veterans and their families. We have veterans in our family too, but let’s go back to Jesus Day where the battles were hard, but were won on the cross. The blood was shed for all of us on the cross, it’s all about the cross.

    Jesus was a young man and Jesus’ mother was at the foot of the cross and saw her son crucified. We weren’t there but the story is still new today – Luke 23 if you want to read it for yourself.

    Think about it and go to the cross for your self today.
