To the editor: In my opinion, the old courthouse should be removed and Victorian style architecture high-end (only) condominiums be built. There would be a veranda facing the square, covered parking, elevators, and an occupants-only tiki bar on the roof that gives views of the square and the mountains. There is a market for this and it would be an easy sell.
Would the retailers on the square like having 40 millionaires living on the square? I’m a real estate broker and one of the first things you learn is “vision.”
