The Dominion voting machines court case was delayed a day as Fox News carfated plans to avoid the case by settling out of court.
The evidence is strong as Dominion has copies of emails showing Fox and its people knew that President Biden won but continued to report Trump won. One email showed that Fox called his viewers morons.
All this was done for ratings which meant profits. A news channel must report facts even if its views want alternative facts even if ratings go down reporting real news. Now they need to pay for lying about Dominion as will other conservative reporting. Settling out of court is a way to keep its viewers in the dark.
