Give it all you’ve got

To the editor:

Society would not allow me to be in the welding business if I did not give 100 percent at my job. Whether I liked the job or not, I still do it.

I do not have the luxury to recuse myself from that job, because it is my job.

Kicking the can to the other side of the street doesn’t work, especially when you are paid with taxpayer dollars.
