God gave us grace

To the editor:

Ernest Burns, the pastor at Shady Grove Baptist Church, made me cry when I read his latest message about his mom and grace in the Dec. 9 edition of The Northeast Georgian.

I cried tears of joy knowing and believing there are lots of people of every color, me included, who love people anyway, no matter how they treat us or are treated, because God has given us grace, like his mom.
