Right move at church

To the editor:

Regarding the incident at Bethesda Fellowship Church on Easter, Deputy Daniel Spivey, whom I have never met, was making a legal arrest, which he has taken an oath to do. There was a 50-50 chance there would have been a problem in the church.

Are we as the public not to assist a law enforcement officer when they are in trouble?
