Lady Raiders look to keep rolling early

   Habersham Central's softball team dropped a tough 9-8 contest to Stephens County after a wild eighth inning that saw nine runs scored. The Lady Indians plated five in the top of the frame, and the Lady Raiders (1-2) nearly matched it with four of their own before falling just short.

   The Lady Raider volleyball team suffered its first two losses of the season Tuesday night to Chestatee (25-15, 25-18) and Forsyth Central (25-22, 25-11). The Lady Raiders (3-2) return home Thursday night for two more matches.
