Continuing the tradition

By Samantha Sinclair Leslie Rohrabacher grew up knowing she was a descendent of a Revolutionary War Patriot. Her mother was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, as was her grandmother. And, she always knew she would join the organization someday.

Tallulah Falls FD hosts water-filled afternoon

School Bus Graveyard hit with vandalism

By Hannah Caudell and Landen Todd Habersham’s famous School Bus Graveyard is the newest victim of vandalism after previous attempts in and around the town of Alto.
The first $277,778 collected each month will go toward paying the debt service on the bonds for the new jail. Remaining SPLOST funds will be divided between the county and cities each month.

By Hannah Caudell Near Clarkesville, Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Georgia is building what Tiffany Kinnarath calls a village. “It’s really feeling like a village,” said Kinnarath, whose family is the first of what will be many families to move onto the property in the northern Habersham area.
