Wrestlers shine at Jackson Invitational

    Habersham Central’s wrestling team finished sixth out of 24 teams at the Jackson County Panther Invitational on Saturday. Zach Chitwood was on top of the podium in the 106-pound class, while Callum Spivey took second in the 175-pound division. Justin Whitney took third in the 165-pound class, while freshman Jayden Garrison defeated the tournament’s No. 3 seed. The Raiders wrestled North Hall after press time Tuesday.
