The Aquatic Center has two roof types, existing to remain steep slope metalroof and existing low-slope modified bitumen roof over poly-iso insulation will be over-layed with new TPO roofing. The Public Defender Re-Roof is an existing ballasted built-up roof to be removed down tostructural deck and new poly-oso insulation and new TPO roofing. The existing roof top unit shall beremoved and replaced with a new unit.
