Georgia 2018 gubernatorial runner-up Stacey Abrams visited the Ruby Fulbright Aquatic Center Tuesday evening in Clarkesville to thank voters for their support and also inform them of her plans to reform the voting process and census in the years to come.

A single-vehicle rollover accident Thursday afternoon caused the death of one man at 855 Rockford Creek Road in Clarkesville, officials said. As of The Northeast Georgian’s press deadline Thursday, the identity of the male had not been released pending notification of family.
