National Day of Prayer

Thursday’s National Day of Prayer was recognized across Habersham County in all seven municipalities, starting early in the morning at Tallulah Falls School.

Deputies train on mental health

Habersham County Sheriff’s Office trains its deputies above and beyond the mandatory levels to deal with mental health and related crises. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and Habersham County PIO Kevin Angell said the deputies here stress these issues all year long.
