A memorial service for Gerald Richmond, 76, of Cornelia, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Oakwood.
Mr. Richmond passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
In honor of his wishes, no formal services will be held for James Lee Thompson, 84, of Alto.
Mr. Thompson went to be with the Lord Sunday, June 19, 2022.
Mr. Thompson was born Sept. 13, 1937, in Walker Mountain, to the late Young and Vicie Thompson.
Graveside services for Dwain Whitehead, 78, of Mount Airy, were held Sunday, June 19, at the Hazel Creek Baptist Church cemetery. The Rev. Billy Burrell and the Rev. Trent Smith officiated.
Mr. Whitehead went home to be with the Lord Thursday, June 16, 2022.

Linda ‘Lynn’ Hunt Westmoreland, 71, of Alto, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, June 12, 2022 following an extended illness. A private interment will be held at the County Line Baptist Church cemetery in Cleveland.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date for Nancy H. Stovall, 99, of Cornelia.
Mrs. Stovall passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at her residence.
Born May 5, 1923, in Asheville, North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Charles Crawford Hipps and Pertha Forster Hipps.
Funeral services for John L. Gray, 88, of Tallulah Falls, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, June 17, at Hillside Memorial Chapel in Clarkesville. Military honors will be provided by Grant Reeves Honor Guard. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Loudermilk passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born May 19, 1932, in Demorest, he was the son of the late Clarence and Mandy Cash Loudermilk.
A private memorial service will be held for Tina Lee Hembree, 49, of Cleveland. However, a picture memorial presentation is available and may be viewed at mcgaheegriffinandstewart.com.
Mrs. Hembree went to be with the Lord June 11, 2022.
Mrs. Hembree was born July 30, 1972, in Gainesville.
