The Washington Monument in the nation’s capital has undergone $10.7 million in repairs and renovations and reopened to the public Sept. 19 after being closed for more than three years, according to a report from NPR.

Anthem, NGHS willing to continue its negotiations

County holds 1st town hall for jail bond referendum

The Habersham County Commission, with the help of the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), held its first town hall meeting to discuss the jail bond referendum on the upcoming Nov. 5 ballot.
