Memorial services for Pat McElreath, 82, of Cornelia, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 20, at Camp Creek Baptist Church with Pastor James Lyons officiating.  

Funeral services for Hugh Keith Watson, 86, of Clarkesville, will be held Sunday, Aug. 21, at 3 p.m. from Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel with Dr. Tom Jordan officiating.

MSgt. Jesse E. Daugherty (Ret.), 88, of Habersham County, passed away Sunday, Aug. 14, 2022. No formal services to be held. His wishes were to be cremated.

Joey Dunahoo, 62, of Cornelia, passed away Friday, Aug. 12, 2022. No formal service is planned at this time. McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home of Cornelia is in charge of arrangements.

Carol Houston, 84, of Alto, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022. Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 13, in the chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart.

Ann Lanning Johnson, 76, of Lula went to her heavenly home where she was reunited with her mother Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022. Funeral services were held Sunday, Aug.

Terry Randolph Carroll, 77, of Cleveland, formerly of Hall County, passed away Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022. Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 13, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel.

A memorial service for Barbara Black Green, 89, of Newnan, formerly of Clarkesville, will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church Saturday, Aug. 20, at 11 a.m.

A graveside service for Jackie Graham Gaddis, 69, of Cornelia, was held Monday, Aug. 15, at New Hope Baptist Church in Cornelia.
