Mary Ruth Webb Martin Kitchens, 67, of Alto, passed away Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022 at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church cemetery.

In consideration of public safety, private services and interment will be held for Wallace Edward Owens, 83, of Mt. Airy.

Mr. Owens passed away Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022.

A private family service for Mildred Warren Hardy, 92, of Cornelia will be held at a later date. Her wishes were to be cremated.

Funeral services for Janice Galloway Sellers, 78, of Cornelia, will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 10 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, with the Rev. Shannon Tucker officiating.

Funeral services for Joseph Arthur "Joey" Thompson, 44, of Demorest, were held Tuesday, Feb. 8 in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart. The Rev. Johnny Loudermilk officiated.

Funeral services for Ernest "Edwin" Brock, 70, of Clarkesville, were held Wednesday, Feb. 2 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.   The Rev. Lewis Fortner and the Rev. Nathan Nix officiated.

Funeral services for Diane Alexander Roach, 72, of Cleveland, were held Sunday, Feb. 6 in the chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart Funeral Home. The Rev. W.A.

A celebration of life for Norman Leroy Wilson, 76, of Mount Airy, will be held Saturday, Feb. 5, at his daughter's residence, 203 Fedora Drive, Mount Airy, GA. 30563 from 2 until 5 p.m.

No formal services are planned for Anita Craven Pitts, 92, of Demorest, at this time.

  Mrs. Pitts passed away Friday, Jan. 28, 2022.
