Boutique brings options to Clarkesville

The Rustic Rebel Boutique, which will be holding its grand opening on Saturday, will soon be a go-to stop for shoppers looking to find trendy, southern-inspired, and plus-size-friendly clothing.

‘Road to Rescue’ gives local animals hope

The Habersham County Animal Shelter hopes to get some of their animals on the road and on their way to possibly finding their “fur-ever” home but they need help with purchasing their own vehicle to transport animals to other rescues.

North Ga. Tech provides ‘safe space’ for survivors

More than 100 people turned out for North Georgia Technical College’s (NGTC) annual event for Child Abuse Prevention Month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month, intended to bring knowledge on preventing instances of child abuse and sexual assault as well creating a safe place for vicitims.

‘Front line’ against abuse

Best season in Lady Raiders soccer history comes to an end

A season that saw more accolades and accomplishments than any other season in the history of the Lady Raiders soccer program ended Wednesday night with a 5-1 loss to Richmond Hill in the Sweet 16 of the state playoffs.
