   A car accident on Sunday involving two vehicles sent all of the occupants, including a child to the hospital for treatment. The accident occurred at 11:43 a.m. on Georgia Highway 17 at the Georgia Highway 17 Connector in Habersham County.    According to a report by Sgt.

Jones tapped as next principal at Woodville Elementary

   Habersham County native Lana Jones was picked Monday night as the new principal at Woodville Elementary, starting July 1.    Jones will replace outgoing Principal Dr. Susan Davis, who is taking over the same role at Level Grove Elementary.

Habersham Central graduation set for July 31

   Habersham Central is doing all it can to try to honor its 2020 graduates properly.    Principal Jonathan Stribling announced Friday that the graduation ceremony will be moved to Friday, July 31, in an effort to have a genuine ceremony with students, staff and families in attendance.
