The search for Ciera Locklair Breland has entered its second month, but family members are not giving up. Ciera, who is a native of Habersham County, has been missing since Feb. 24.

Roxie Barron resigns from Clarkesville Council

Clarkesville Councilwoman Roxie Barron has submitted her resignation to the city, effective March 16, citing a decision to move to Florida to be closer to her family, including her grandchildren. “My daughter and grandchildren are here in Florida,” Barron said. “It’s time.

Family and friends of Ciera Locklair Breland have been searching for any sign of her for the last month, and they are looking for all the help they can get. The FBI in Atlanta is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to her whereabouts, as she has been missing since Feb. 24.
