Demorest tables hospital security talks again

   Tempers and voices were raised during discussions concerning the termination of the 2017 Hospital Intergovernmental Agreement with the city to continue providing police services at Habersham Medical Center.

Raiders take on Lanier at home Friday night

   The third leg of Habersham Central’s ironman triathlon comes Friday night, when Lanier comes to town for another big Region 8-6A game.     Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. at Raider Stadium.

Dacula flexes muscles, downs Raiders

   Buford looked to be the class of Region 8-6A this year, but Dacula has something to say about that.    The Falcons dominated from the opening kickoff Friday night on the way to a 50-14 win over Habersham Central.
