Education on race issues To the editor: This letter is in response to Bobby Clardy’s letter in the July 29 edition. While I would not call myself an ardent supporter of Black Lives Matter, I do consider myself educated on the underlying issues.

Take this virus seriously To the editor: I’m new to Habersham County and I am wondering where the free COVID-19 testing sites are. We have had, to date, 961 cases, averaging 12 a day from the past two weeks. I feel like a significant sector of citizens are not taking this viral invasion seriously.
