   The national and international news has been hard to read, listen to or watch for far too long. Frankly, it is a wonder we all are not walking around with stomach ulcers. Good gracious.    Unfortunately, too many Americans have decided to tune out any and all news.

   Vaping in schools is not a new problem, just a technologically advanced one.    School officials have always been faced with the possibility of students smoking during learning hours, but the new devices available in our modern world have brought new dangers to light.
