Lemons and blueberries

Ok, the answer for the riddle was ... onion. Thanks for playing along. Lemon and Blueberry just seem to go together perfectly. So, I’ve come up with a wonderful cake that brings both of those together for an awesome dessert. It all starts with my simple homemade cake recipe that’s easy.

Housing market still presents challenges

There’s a new culprit accused of inflating home prices – investors. The share of U.S. homes sold to real estate investors reached a record 18.4 percent in the final quarter of 2021, according to real-estate firm Redfin. Metro Atlanta had the highest share of any major market: 33 percent.
