Tennis players pushed aside

It seems to me (and others) that the campaign to repurpose two of the four public tennis courts located behind the Ruby Fulbright Aquatic Center for pickleball use only has been as much about suppressing tennis in Habersham County as about promoting pickleball.

There are taxes, and then there are hidden taxes. And there’s no hidden tax quite like inflation. This past week, the federal government reported prices in March were 8.5 percent higher than a year earlier. That was the fastest rate of increase in more than 40 years.
