Beware what comes To the editor: After the last election, I had perversely assumed things were going to get better. I guess they are, but not nearly quickly enough! I failed to realize, that “After Trump” it was going to take a herculean effort to bring things back to normalcy!

Small price to pay for safety

Public safety is a top priority for every community, and $7,366,643 was budgeted this year to ensure our sheriff’s department and jail officers are equipped to do their jobs protecting us. But sometimes, it just is not enough.

We should all want our voters verified

Major League Baseball and Coca-Cola are the latest national brands to lash out against Georgia’s new voting law, but the outrage against this is getting way out of hand nationally.
