Rebuttal to liberal letters

To the editor: It has been a few years since my last submission, but that does not mean that I have not enjoyed reading the opinions of others in the community. Once again, the Goldens have brought a smile to my face with their latest rantings about President Trump and the Republican Party (Sept.

Guard your eyes against fake news

Right on, writers

To the editor: I would like to commend two gentlemen, Melvin Foley and Jim Threlkeld, for their Letters to the Editor on Sept. 21. No, you are certainly not alone in the way you both so well put into words.

Atlanta is the straw and the drink

If you’ve ever thrown a party at your home, you know the feeling. Despite tidying up beforehand, once the guests arrive you see your place through their eyes – noticing everything that needs repairing or updating. Now imagine hosting 1,300 people at once. No, they didn’t come to my own house.
