Problems with policy

To the editor: Here we are in June, and my paperwork from 2022 is still waiting to be filed. Just too busy with “this/that.” And the problem with “this/that” is it sometimes gets you blacklisted by an organization you felt was your friend and protector.

When will enough be enough?

To the editor: Christianity has been under attack since the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The large majority of the attacks on Christianity have been of a violent, invasion type nature. An example was the attack by the Moors on Constantinople in 312 AD.

To the editor: Today I received an email from our duly elected member of the House of Representatives, Andrew Clyde, in which he declared “Joe Biden is the most corrupt president in U.S. history.

Work this out, earn our trust

With local governments all raising taxes in the last year, we have heard a lot of speeches from local officials about living within our means. We all have to do it at home, they usually say, so why should government not be held to the same standard with our tax dollars? Live within your means.

Grown men do shed tears

Just before dusk Wednesday evening, I jumped on my riding lawn mower to trim the grass ahead of the rain. Pulling around to the front of our house, I could see Heather, William and Fenn being led on a walk by our seventeen-year-old pup, Bella.
